I brew with an Aeropress and metal filter. My go-to recipe sites are aeroprecipe and aeromatic. I started with a subscription to Aaramse, which introduced me to some great coffees.

Kilpauk Standard

Aroma: Smells addictive—instant mood lift with one sniff :p
Acidity: Medium-High | Body: -

Tasting Notes: Hazelnut, Chocolate, Hints of fruit
Aftertaste: Fruity-tangy but not too much, A little bitter, in a good way

My Take: Subscribed to 3 coffees on their site and got a discount. Enjoying it as my daily morning brew. Definitely recommend.

Aroma: Smells like fresh, nice and strong coffee.

Tasting Notes: Candied Sweetlime, Apricot, Almond
Aftertaste: Tangy fruity, A bit sweet, Fresh coffee

My Take: First time trying medium-light roast. I love this coffee—great daily cup, except when I want a darker roast. Second brew lost most of its flavor.

My Take: It's an okay coffee. I can manage it when fewer options are available.

Tasting Notes: Winey, Mandarin, Soft Florals
Aftertaste: A bit tangy like wine, Slightly bitter, like a floral tea

My Take: Liked the roast. Great when I don't want a very acidic coffee. Definitely a repurchase! Bought at Nerlu Cafe, Indiranagar. Couldn't find a link online.

My Take: Recommend. First coffee that felt fresh and acidic, which I liked a lot—it nudged me toward lighter roasts. Can't find its picture or a link online.

My Take: Recommend. French press: 4:00 in water, stir, then 4:00 more minutes. Aeropress: 2:00 in water, stir, keep for 30 seconds, press.
